My girlfriend introduced me to the Chinese restaurant "
Yauatcha" at Soho, London. The food was simply gorgeous. The sweet'n'sour pork had a perfect crunchy consistency, the prawn was coated by the beancurd and sticky rice, the taste of the duck was completed with the pumpkin and pine nut and the "
Wagyu" beef was a highlight!
