If you are in London and the weather is nice, you should definitely take a tour with the "London Eye". You will have a gorgeous view of the whole city from the top of the observation wheel.
Despite Londons's reputation of always having bad weather, I experienced the city mostly as a sunny and welcoming place. The clouds are hanging pretty low, but do not contain a lot of rain potential - they are just decorating the scenery.
