The Leifeng Pagoda (雷峰塔) is an impressive building located aside the Westlake (西湖) in Hangzhou (杭州市).
Probably most of the people would say the weather in Hangzhou is not optimal in July - it is rainy and a bit foggy. But in my point of view, the weather is what makes the picture so special. - The drops are falling towards the observer and therefore intensify the worm's-eye view.
